- Standard Delivery You will receive your order within approximately 10 business days for most items “in stock,” unless otherwise noted in the catalog. We will notify you via email if an item is delayed. Custom order delivery times will be given at the time of order placement. All items are shipped via UPS Ground. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
- Express Delivery For an additional charge, you may request expedited delivery on any item in the catalog, unless otherwise noted.
- Holiday Delivery Order by December 20, 2006 for express delivery prior to Christmas Day.
- International Shipping At this time we can only ship to US addresses.
Returns
We hope that you enjoy your new 2JANE product, but if your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return your merchandise within 30 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment. Goods are returned at buyer’s expense and must be received in their original packaging in saleable condition. Sorry, original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
