- Wholesale & Trade Ordering—2JANE
accepts wholesale orders as well as direct retail orders. Wholesale
and Trade buyers
must supply proof of credentials and sales tax certificate prior
to first purchase.
- Cancellation—All
orders are considered firm at the time of placement, and requested
items will be reserved
at the time
of order.
Custom orders require a deposit at the time of order placement
and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
- Shipping
- Standard Delivery You
will receive your order within approximately 10 business days
for most items “in stock,” unless otherwise noted
in the catalog. We will notify you via email if an item is
delayed.
Custom
order delivery times will be given at the time of order placement.
All items are shipped via UPS Ground. We are unable to deliver
to PO Boxes.
- Express Delivery For
an additional charge, you may request expedited delivery on
any item in the
catalog, unless otherwise noted.
- Holiday Delivery Order
by December 20, 2006 for express delivery prior to Christmas
Day.
- International Shipping At this
time we can only ship to US addresses.
- Gift Services—Gift
Wrap and Message Enclosure. For an additional $6, each gift will
be wrapped in our 2JANE signature style. A personal gift message
can be included with any order at no charge.

- Returns—We
hope that you enjoy your new 2JANE product, but if your merchandise
arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately. If
you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please
return your merchandise within 30 days for an exchange or refund
in the form of original payment. Goods are returned at buyer’s
expense and must be received in their original packaging in saleable
condition. Sorry, original shipping & handling charges are
not refundable.
- Damaged Goods—We
will make every effort to ensure your purchases are safe during
transit, but in
the unlikely event
that your goods
arrived damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of
receipt. Please inspect all shipments upon arrival, as
we cannot replace
your goods
without notification within the 48 hour window.
- Payment—We
accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
- Prices—Due
to currency and material cost fluctuations, prices
are subject to change without advance notice.
- Privacy—We take your online privacy very seriously,
and all orders are processed on a secure server. We only share your
information with third parties such as shipping companies and credit
card processing companies as necessary to fulfill your order. These
service providers are allowed to utilize your information only to
perform their service functions and for no other purpose.
- Sales Tax—We are required to collect sales tax
for deliveries to Florida.
